The MAX2611EUS+T is a DC to microwave, low noise amplifier in 4 pin SOT-143 package. It operating from a single +5V supply and it has a 3dB bandwidth of 1100MHz. The low noise figure and high drive capability makes it ideal for a variety of transmits, receive and buffer applications. In a typical application, only external components needed such as input and output blocking capacitors and a VCC series resistor. To improve gain and output power an RF choke can be added in series to the bias resistor. It is used in satellite receivers, TV tuners, wireless local loops, ISM radios, global positioning systems, wireless local area networks, land mobile radios and set top boxes.
