Furthermore, the RX671 provides a more powerful choice to customers that need microcontrollers with a capacitive touch sensing unit. In the case of home appliances, the RX671's cloud connectivity enables remote control from the outdoors, informing usage data to users, firmware update for correcting bugs or adding new functions. Additionally, the Trusted Secure IP protects communication data including user's private information from eavesdropping and prevents firmware tampering by integrity check.
