These TERMI-FOIL wire terminals can be applied to bare, insulated, anodized or coated aluminium and bare or insulated copper wire and have lances that penetrate surface oxides and insulation. When the two faces of these TERMI-FOIL terminals are clamped together these lances embed into the foil or strip creating an air-tight and moisture-proof connection. Typical applications for these TERMI-FOIL wire terminals include air or oil filled transformers, capacitors, reactors, solenoids, relays and regulators.
