The MAX11103ATB+ is a 3Msps, 2-channel low power serial 12bit analogue to digital converter (ADC) in 10 TDFN package. This compact, high speed, low power successive approximation ADC includes high dynamic range sample/hold and high speed serial interface. This high performance ADC accepts full scale input from 0V to power supply or to reference voltage. It features dual, single ended analogue inputs connected to ADC core using a 2:1 MUX. The device also includes a separate supply input for data interface and dedicated input for reference voltage. The ADC operates from 2.2V to 3.6V supply and consumes only 5.2mW at 3Msps. It includes full power-down mode and fast wake-up for optimal power management and high speed 3-wire serial interface. Excellent dynamic performance, low voltage, low power, ease of use and small package size make this converter ideal for battery powered data acquisition applications and for other applications that demand low power consumption and minimal space.
